Using connected breath techniques, a blindfold and the isolation of headphones, you’ll enter into a space of stillness where clarity, intuition and inner wisdom and truly emerge.

A 2hr Ritual of Personal Connection

Harnessing the power of the varying phases of the moon, the experience immediately sets the tone for calm, centered and grounded energy. Calling in all of your energy and clearing your old ‘baggage’ as you enter, allowing you a completely whole experience. This ritual is for all experience levels of meditation and breath-work techniques.

  • As you enter our space your will be cleansed with sage to release old energy and clear your day. Our deeply relaxing guided meditation intentionally clears your energy & chakras

  • In the isolation of blindfolds and headsets you are guided in a deeply connected meditation. Find yourself here and be open to receive and release. Feel a sense of welcoming yourself home while you connect to your higher self.
