Corporate Events /
Guided Meditation Event
In a beautiful Spa setting, your team of 4-8 people will be treated to relaxing yoga & guided meditation with certified Reiki practitioner & Certified Rapid Reprogramming Coach. This session will encourage connection & well-being for those in attendance. All set up & equipment included. 60-75 mins
$75 p/p onsite

Staff / Birthday Party
(Facial & Fizz Event)
You & your staff or friends will enjoy this fun & unique spa experience. Each guest will follow along with your host, a skin care professional and perform a complete facial on themselves. Champagne & charcuterie is served along with non alcoholic drinks. Each guest will be treated with a take home beauty bag.
$99 per guest. Min of 4 guests up to 8
Mindfulness Retreats

How do Spa Events work?
How do we choose which event is right for my guests?
If you are looking for a fun & lively evening, we recommend the Facials & Fizz event with beauty bag for each guest. If you are looking to connect spiritually and have a more calming experience then we recommend the Meditation event.
What will I need to bring?
Everything will be provided by Heaven Spa, you won’t have to set anything up or take anything away. You may bring cake or treats if you like. Wine, champage and fresh charcuterie are provided. Non alcoholic beverages are also available.
How many guests can I have and how long can we stay?
Minimum 4 guests, maximum 8 guests for all on site events. For off site events, space will dicate the maximum guest count. You and your guests will be hosted for apprx 60-90 minutes. The space will be available for up to 60 minutes after your session is complete, giving you plenty of time to mingle, drink and eat your appys. Full surround sound is available along with a selfie station.

We make all of the arrangements for your food and drink. Each guest will be treated to award winning skincare treatment and a beauty bag. The spa has surround sound for your favorite playlist and has been known to turn into a dance party. Your staff event, birthday or bacholorette party will be one to remember.
What are all the add on options?
We are open to all suggestons, but here are a few add on options for your event.
- You may plan ahead and reserve our staff to perform services on your guests. (may require 3-4 month planning ahead for the full team)

How do I secure a time?
Once you have decided which event is right for you and your group, you can contact the spa directly at 250-384-2446 and book your time.
Our events will be available Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday evenings until Dec 15th 2022. Please inquire and secure your spot asap.
We require a $99 deposit to be etransfered at time of booking. We require 7 days notice of cancellation. If your event is cancelled with 7 days notice you will recieve a full refund. If you cancel with less than 7 days notice your deposit will be lost. Your complete payment is due no less than the day before your event.

After hours at the spa will be entertaining, fun & educational for your guests looking to look and feel their best.
Her 20 years experience in skincare as well as her certificates in Law of Attraction Coaching, Spiritual Life Coaching & Rapid Reprogramming Coaching will create a welcoming environment for you and your friends to relax and unwind.
